Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb met with Union Defence Minister
Today Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb called on the Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and discussed various issues including anction of a new Sainik School in Tripura.
Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh assured that the proposal for sanction of the new Sainik School for Tripura was at an advanced stage of consideration of the Ministry and is likely to be sanctioned very soon.

The Chief Minister also invited the Hon’ble Defence Minister to visit Tripura. Accepting the invitation Singh expressed his desire to visit Maa Tripureshwari Devi Temple while he visits the state.
