Sudip sarkar aka Butan, a BSF jawan from Tripura was killed in a operation against Pakistan backed militants at MACHIL sector in J & K on Saturday night.The martyred jawan was a resident of Banamalipur Dhaleswar of Agartala, Tripura.Sudip sarkar was a jawan of 169Bn of BSF.
One terrorist was also killed in the encounter.
