Tripura Congress has called for a statewide 12 hours strike on 21st September with 9 points demand against authoratorian rule of BJP govt over two and half years.
In a press conference Tripura Pradesh Congress President Pijush Biswas told that the ruling BJP-IPFT govt has failed miserably in safeguarding the health and welfare of citizens in this period of Pandemic.
AICC Secretary Bhupen Borah was present in the conference along with Senior Cong leaders Gopal Roy, Birajit Sinha, Subal Bhowmik and other leaders.
Mr Biswas also added they after coming to power BJP backed goons has attacked Congress leaders and workers from time to time including Gopal Chandra Roy Birajit Sinha and many others.They also destroyed Cong party offices and many charity programs.
Their protest is also against the deteriorating law and order situation in the state.
