All India Secretary of Indian Journalist Union and Secretary of Agartala Press Club, Pranab Sarkar visited Belonia PS with the demand of arrest and strict punishment on the criminals assosiated with the recent attack on the journalist at Belonia.
The Journalist was brutally attacked in Belonia and has been hospitalized. The injured journalist has been identified as Ashok Dasgupta.
Agartala Press Club Secretary, Pranab Sarkar talked with the OC of PS and requested to nab the culprits.

After that he visited the family of attacked journalist and talked with the locals.
He assured that Tripura Journalist Union will always be by the side of all journalists in time of need and committed to solve problems faced by them.
