India, November 12, 2025: OMRON Healthcare has announced a second round of investment in Bengaluru-based AI MedTech startup Tricog Health, strengthening their partnership to expand advanced cardiac care solutions in India. The move follows OMRON’s initial investment in March 2023.
India faces a critical burden of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, the leading causes of death in the country. With a shortage of cardiologists and limited access to advanced diagnostic equipment, early detection and timely care remain major challenges.
Tricog combines more than a decade of ECG data with the expertise of over 100 clinical specialists to develop AI-driven diagnostic tools tailored for frontline medical use. The two companies have already collaborated on KeeboHealth, a remote monitoring service for heart-failure patients that integrates Tricog’s AI-based ECG analytics with OMRON’s connected devices.
OMRON said the new investment will accelerate the rollout of locally relevant solutions and support its global mission, “Going for ZERO,” aimed at eliminating cardiac and cerebrovascular events. Ayumu Okada, President and CEO of OMRON Healthcare, said the strengthened partnership will “improve outcomes, reduce risk and bring advanced remote patient monitoring to more people nationwide.”
Tricog CEO Dr Charit Bhograj said the expanded collaboration will speed up hospital-to-home cardiac care across Asia and Africa by pairing OMRON’s devices with Tricog’s Keebo AI platform.
Founded in 2014, Tricog’s cardiovascular AI solutions—including InstaECG™, InstaEcho™ and Keebo™—are deployed across more than 12,500 facilities in over 12 countries, having screened over 31 million patients to date.
